Topics and Purpose

The focus of the lecture series is primarily on the design methodologies applied by professionals in different fields and working in varying scales of projects/research in the build environment. A secondary theme focuses on the ‘Nature of Universities’ and the future of education and research in the higher education sector. The aim is to provide a framework for discussion on the future of the university and its architecture to enable improved teaching, learning and knowledge exchange.

The lecture series is running from July through to October with a new speaker every week.
